See attached with all edits and formatting. I took out the wages table. I think we should do a 3 year contract and set the increases as discussed to follow inflation only. Don’t really care what the PD is doing since my staff are not PD and they shouldn’t compare themselves to PD.

Looks good under our circumstances.

I’m guessing they will suggest a one year contract. We have police next year so if they ask, maybe we agree to a 2 year instead of 3. I would hate to have to do both next year.
