Original Steps (separated by 4% in between steps)
Step 1 (+4%) = step 2 ( +4%) = step 3 (+4%) = step 4 (+4%) = step 5 ( +4%) = step 6
Next year using original steps plus cola only
Same Step 1 +2% = new step 1
Same Step 2 +2% = new step 2
Same Step 3 +2% = new step 3
Same Step 4 +2% = new step 4
Same Step 5 +2% = new step 5
Same Step 6 +2% = new step 6

Thought we were only doing the COLA per step until we renegotiate after COVID is all done. We dont have there comparibles and according to my review they match or exceed Metro area wages.
