Contract language review

I have some questions and I think we better talk. My questions will be confusing.

I am assuming standby is the same as duty. Are they wanting to change the name from standby to duty?

We are adding weekday duty. Does that mean it is for overnight carrying the phone?

So the guys that do rounds on the weekends and carry the duty phone get 4 hours plus their time they come in and work? At time and a half? If so they get double time and a half for rounds?

8.7 need to change language from standby to duty as well.
