Karine – The City of Molalla TA’s (Tentatively Approves) your wage proposal:
We have scheduled a contract ratification meeting with the City Council on June 10, 2020. Please let me know if your new contract vote will be prior to 5:00pm on that date. We need to take a bargaining unit ratified contract to Council. If you will not be able to make that work we will schedule Council ratification of this contract on June 24th.

Subject: 2nd year wage proposal
Good Morning Dan,
I met with the membership last night and went over the proposed contract. We also discussed the second year wage proposal, which I believe is the last thing we are working on.
Our official proposal for the 2nd year of this contract from 2020-2022 is a 2%-3.5% increase. Of course this would be dependent on the CPI-West at the time. Please let me know your thoughts or counter. Once we settle this portion we will be ready to vote in this new contract.
Thank you,
Karine
