Dan,

Thank you for the quick response. Contingent on the accepting of our offer for the 2nd year the contract was ratified last night by majority vote. Ryan and Adam will give this update to the membership on Monday. Your ratification meeting is good to go on the 10th of June.

Thank you for all your hard work,

Karine

Karine – The City of Molalla TA’s (Tentatively Approves) your wage proposal:

We have scheduled a contract ratification meeting with the City Council on June 10, 2020. Please let me know if your new contract vote will be prior to 5:00pm on that date. We need to take a bargaining unit ratified contract to Council. If you will not be able to make that work we will schedule Council ratification of this contract on June 24th.

Subject: 2nd year wage proposal

Good Morning Dan,

I met with the membership last night and went over the proposed contract. We also discussed the second year wage proposal, which I believe is the last thing we are working on.

Our official proposal for the 2nd year of this contract from 2020-2022 is a 2%-3.5% increase. Of course this would be dependent on the CPI-West at the time. Please let me know your thoughts or counter. Once we settle this portion we will be ready to vote in this new contract.

Thank you,

Karine
