Hi Dan,

I hope this finds you healthy and well. I have attached the first Union’s proposal for you to look at before negotiations on Thursday.

There are changes to Articles 3, 5, 9.1, 10.1, 23.1, 27.1, 25.1.

I have had a slight change to my schedule Thursday. I am on a National Conference call from 11-1pm. My available to meet with you for negotiation on that day by teleconference is 8:30-10:30 and

again 1:00 – 5:00pm. I hope this will still work for everyone. Thank you,
