I would like to set up a meeting on either March 6th or March 9th to go over what our plans will be for Teamsters bargaining. I do not know what their positions will be but I believe that we will have two issues:
Pay scale increases – standard.
Progression for employees – in other words, how do people move up if there isn’t an ability to do so in our scale.
I believe the two individuals will be Ryan Hepler and Adam Shultz.
