Importance: Normal
Attachments: image002.jpg; Karine - The City of Molalla has received Teamster’s demand to bargain letter over the impacts from Senate Bill 1049. The City has not made a unilateral change in a mandatory subject of bargaining and as a result does not believe it has a duty to bargain at this time. If you believe you have legal grounds to support the demand to bargain, the City will consider any supporting documentation Teamster’s provides.
