No clue where the note is from.

Per resolution 2020-14 (don’t have executed copy), water needs to be billed under 2” water meter for base and use for actual use.

Per resolution 2020-05, sewer needs to be billed 34 base units for base and use for actual water use. Winter averaging applies.

There’s an alert message on 250 Kennel Ave’s account “If Prop sells, chg to 2 units!!”. We’re not sure who put the note on the account but the property is selling so do we need to make it 2 units? It currently only has one 2” meter and 34 living units.
