Hello Ginger,

Mr. Crane pulled a ROW permit back in January for work done in the right-of-way. Construction has been completed with final inspection of approval and confirmation email was sent on 02/05/2020 with final inspection report attached.

Not sure what confirmation email he is looking for. I did try to reaching him with no answer, and I did leave a voice mail to have him contact me.
