2018 Water Tanker – This is a new asset to replace an unrepairable piece of equipment. Primary use of equipment is streets, sewer and stormwater. Completed.
CH/PD Remodel – This tenant improvement upgraded City Hall and Police Department facilities, installed energy efficient lighting, insulated the building, replaced outdated HVAC system, and made ADA accessible improvements to building. Completed
E.Clark Park & Buckaroo Survey – This project vacated an unused right of way and completed a property line adjustment that allowed a 1:1 land exchange and consolidation of park areas into one location. Completed
Fenton Street Imp. – This project will reconstruct approximately 650’ of roadway including new water, storm, sewer, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and street lighting. In Design.
Lola Avenue – This project will replace approximately 1300’ of waterline and sanitary sewer mains. In Design.
PW Facility – This project will replace a pumped sewer system with a gravity system, new stormwater detentions system, new facility building to house the vactor truck and street sweeper, and new mens/womens locker room and showers. In Design.
Traveling Irrigator – This new piece of equipment allows the City to irrigate treated effluent from the WWTP. Completed.
Vactor Truck – This new piece of equipment allows for cleaning of sewer and stormwater systems and to vactor excavate public facilities. Completed.
WTP Expansion – This project will add an additional 2MGD filtration unit. In Design.
WWTP Aeration Basin – This project will clean grit and sand from the basin. In Design.
Wastewater Master Plan – This project will update the wastewater facility and collection system master plan. In Design.
WWTP Transfer Pump – This project replaced an old transfer pump. Completed.
WWTP Headworks – This project rebuilt the original headworks screen and replaced worn parts. Completed.
