Can you please check into the properties noted below. We went through that large annexation project in July of 2014. The properties below were residential in use at the time of the annexation and granted a three year moratorium. That moratorium was void is the property sold and/or discontinued use as a residence. In addition, in 2015 the City of Molalla re-addressed many of the properties from a XXXXX S Hwy 211 address to a XXX Main Street address.

The owners at the time of annexation in July 2014, including Tax Lot ID #, and physical address are noted in bold.

Under that is the new owners name – also included is the physical address change, if needed.

Then the county zone and the zone they will have as a part of the City.
