Subject: Shut Off's Tomorrow

Tomorrow is shut offs and this will be the first shut off since our meeting discussing shut off protocol. I wanted to make sure that we are all on the same page and wanted to outline the itinerary of what is to come. We are expecting a larger number of shutoff’s tomorrow. First call went out on Friday, another today at 1:30, and a final call will be sent out at 6:00 am in the morning. Ginger and Julie will work 7:30 to 4:30 tomorrow.
7:30 to 8:30 will be balancing and uploading payments
8:30 to 9:00 will be printing and preparing Door Hangers
9:00 am Door Hangers will go out
I just wanted to touch bases so that everyone is on the same page.
