This is for the budget award and it’s a criteria point that has to be in the document so yes it’s important. It’s something that we lost points for not having included last year. It doesn’t have to be just like this just something like this. This is for the budget award so for the budget no award yes!

Hi Cindy,
One question I have is if this kind of information is really necessary? We report our performance measures each month to the City Council so I don’t think this is necessary in a budget document. The budget committee has no authority over our performance in Public Works. That is held by the City Manager and City Council.
