Good morning,
I work in the Oregon Department of Transportation Financial Services Section. I have a question regarding infrastructure accounting: specifically, does the City of Molalla capitalize any infrastructure into their accounting records (roads, bridges, etc.)?
I have a project (attached two IGAs) and I’m trying to determine if the costs that ODOT incurs on the project are entirely for ODOT infrastructure assets, or if some of this work is going to be on City of Molalla assets.
Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
