The bidding process was documented on PO 1502, but that PO was subsequently delayed due to budget constraints. PO 1502 was ultimately not used and instead the purchase was consolidated onto PO 2432 one year later. The three bidders are in the notes for PO 1502: GPEC (Karl), Boons Ferry Electric, Captitol Electric (gary@cepdx.com) Only GPEC was responsive. In addition, by 2019 GPEC had also won the on-call Electrician services contract for the City. A majority of the cost is in materials that we procure theu them. I believe this was also an emergency repair. Andy will have quote and other info. As far as #2, it will have to wait until I get back next week to pull the documents.
