Subject: Lawyer Fees
I will be circulating starting with Dan the Beery & Hammond, LLP invoice. On this month’s services the only charges were for Planning and Public Works. Here is what I would like everyone to do;
Dan: Please review and once you have reviewed it initial by your name on the last page. Then pass on to Alice or Gerald
Alice: Please review the planning amount and at the bottom on the last page please code, initial, and pass to Gerald
Gerald: please review the PW’s amount and at the bottom of the last page please code, initial, and return to me.
Once I receive it I will give to Chaunee for final review. Then she will pass the invoice on to AP after all amounts and coding has been approved and verified. Please expect this process moving forward.
