  1. 1. Let’s review together.
  2. 2. Contact John at ASK Engineering 503-563-6151 and let him know you are working on his SDC Payment Plan for Kalima Apartments. Let them know the first installment will need to be 1/5 of the full amount unless they want to put down more. He is wanting to get this done soon but no later than June 30 at the latest.
  3. 3. Get a spreadsheet with amount for the SDC’s from Gerald.
  4. 4. Go to Finance/SDCs/SDC Payment Plan Make folder for new applicant
  5. 5. SDC Payment Plan Master documents-Complete each document (We can discuss, they are confusing)
  6. 6. Once all is done they will need to come in and pay first installment and get documents notarized by City Recorder.
  7. 7. CR will need to do Lien process with county.

 

FYI, this is only the second one that we have done.
