I still have not heard anything regarding my Public Records Request that I sent you on 2/27/17 and received a response that you would likely have a response for me back in early March. I am anxious to have this information since our members are without their fringe benefits since their Employer is delinquent in making their payments.

We have an employer that is covered by a collective bargaining agreement that has become delinquent in their fringe benefit obligations to our Trust. They are a sub-contractor to ML Houck on the Molalla Ave. Improvement Project. I am requesting any bonding company information provided by ML Houck or Pacific Rim Construction on this project along with any certified payroll reports that were filed on behalf of Pacific Rim Construction on this project.
Please let me know what the cost for this information is before proceeding.
