Hi Sadie,
I will ask Dan Z to check and see if there is a pothole out there. I do not know if this is covered since there is no guarantee that road conditions or conditions of the pavement will remain constant. I do not believe that agencies are liable for potholes even if they are reported. She did not report a pothole and Mathias intersection with Feyrer Park is over 400 feet in length. There is also no requirement to light this section of roadway since it is unimproved to our current standards.
Regards,

Question/Comment:
Over Christmas weekend I hit a pothole in the road on Mathias and Feyrer Park, which resulted in a popped tire. Said tire was not repairable and, being that my car is an All-Wheel drive car, I had to replace all 4 tires. I am writing in to see what I need to do to get some of this expense covered.
Being the area of the road there are no street lights and the pothole was not visible until the absolute last second. I always work to avoid potholes as to protect my car as well as protecting the road from further damage, however this specific hole and situation was unavoidable.
Thank you for your time as consideration, Rachel Ross
