FYI. Also, did Zinder go out and check things out? I will forward this onto the insurance agent by Friday.

Thanks,

Hello Sadie,

Over Christmas weekend I hit a pothole in the road at the intersection of Mathias and Feyrer Park, which resulted in a popped tire. I was traveling on Mathias Rd. heading into Molalla and hit the pot hole just before the Stop sign where Feyrer Park Rd. merges. Said tire ripped on the side wall and was not repairable. Being that my car is an All-Wheel drive car, I had to replace all 4 tires. Being the area of the road there are no street lights and the pothole was not visible until the absolute last second. I always work to avoid potholes as to protect my car as well as protecting the road from further damage, however this specific hole and situation was unavoidable.

I have attached the invoice from Les Schwab of Molalla as well as pictures of the area.

-"image1" is a panorama of where the pothole is located on the junction of Mathias and Feyrer Park Rd. As you can see there are no street lights causing the pothole to be unseen.

-"image1 (1)" is the same photo but with a red circle around the specific pot hole for your convenience.

-"image2" is a view of the pothole as of today, 1/10/17. As you can see, the hole has since been filled in, as it was apparent how damaging it was. I do not have a picture of the pothole from the day of the incident as it was late and I was covered in mud from trying to place the "doughnut" spare on my car to get home for the night.

-"image3 (1)" is a view from Mathias of the filled in pothole. This is the direction I was traveling when the impact happened and the tire popped.

My address is P.O. Box 333, Molalla OR. and my phone number is 503-989-1077. Please let me know if there is anything else you will need from me.

Thank you,

Rachel Ross

am writing in to see what I need to do to get some of this expense covered.
