Hi DeLise,

I copied Dan and Gerald for information purposes to keep us all on the same

page.

- The website is being updated when staff time allows. It has been assigned

and there will be some updates to it this week. Your email has been noted as

an item to look at.

- There are no current committee members assigned at this time. If you find

people who are interested in serving please let them know they need to

apply. I have attached the application and appointments take place at open

session Council meetings. The application should be sent to me for agenda

scheduling.

- I will be sending the entire Council the ap and other information

regarding boards and commissions today to encourage them to seek citizen

involvement.

Hi Sadie,

I just noticed that the link to the Transportation Advisory Committee

launches an Excel document that lists the members of the previous Parks and

Recreation Committee.

Who would handle this kind of thing?
