Appraised values are higher and we anticipate an increase in insurance coverage overall. Knowing this is budget season I would recommend you project a 20% increase in your insurance line items. I anticpate the percentage will be less due to the removal of the Aquatic Center but with appraisals and other factors it might be a wash. In March we will have a firmer percentage as the renewal takes place. I will keep you updated. If we do not hear from you by this date we will assume that all is acceptable and will issue the final appraisal reports.
