Hi Louie,
Your request has been received. Records requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis, and most are completed in 7-10 business days. However, depending on the nature and complexity of the request it could take longer.
Public records requests that involve more than one half hour of staff time for identification, location, retrieval, review, and duplicating will include a charge for staff time. All records requests for which the estimate exceeds $50 will require a payment of the estimated charges in advance. The request will not be started until the deposit is received. After reviewing your request, if a deposit is required we will contact you with the details.
