I gave Oleyesa his information. They need help putting the lights on the
trees. She asked when the power is anticipated to be turned on to each
outlet. I told her I would ask you and get back to her. She is going to
extract some info from Grant that we need so we can hang up the 8 banners.
There are 2 booms available, so whatever day works best for your crew they
WILL make it work or they may not get put up I told her.

Hi Sadie,
We do not have anything set up for volunteer hours in PW. When the dust
settles we can talk about that kind of service oriented project. In
Silverton, the school coordinates a senior clean-up day in the spring to
spruce up the parks. PW supplies the materials and tools and the seniors do
the work. Takes a lot of coordination and that is something we are not
staffed for here yet.
