Good Morning All,
David – I need Jackson to contact Ryan Hepler at the Water Plant (503-829-5408) and Jason Clifford at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (503-829-5407) to set up a time to do the appraisals. Once those times are set up we can notch out time at the other facilities that are open to the public, including City Hall which I will be the point of contact. I will also be out on site with Jackson at the treatment facilities to aid in the process and will need to know the date and times set.
I have copied the effected parties on this email so we can all be on the same page. If you have any questions please let me know. Our phones and online access will be down until this afternoon (time to be back online is unknown) here at City Hall due to a major remodel.
Jackson/David – If you need to see plans for the remodel please let me know to aid in your assessment of City Hall so I can have them readily available.
