Can you tell me if the City of Molalla owns the Molalla River? I work for
PGE and we're trying to get electricity to a customer and will need to cross
the Molalla with an overhead power line. I'm trying to figure out who owns
the river to see if we need to get an easement or permit to cross the river.
The customer already has received approval from the Oregon Parks and Rec
Dept. to cross the river in the scenic waterway area, I'm just trying to
figure out if we need an easement for our lines to cross the river. Thanks
