The only issue missing is when use of a city vehicle is required. If you use your own vehicle to pick up supplies at Wal Mart in Woodburn when a city vehicle is available, then the reimbursement for mileage is at a lower rate for example.

Dan,
I spoke to our insurance agent Scott Gustafson today and I made the changes he suggested which was to add that a clean driving record needed to be free of violations for 3 years. Otherwise he felt it was a good policy.
Also during our meeting today I brought up the park use fee again to him because I thought there was more to the issue than what was covered in the original email exchange.
