Subject: Council Agenda

Importance: High

I have the following items on the agenda:

Ordinance 2019-03 Towing updates (as per Council direction at 2/13/2019 meeting)

Ordinance 2019-02 Sign Code (need to speak with Council regarding appeal process) I am still waiting for any comments on the proposed text.

Draft Resolution for parks fees (or do you want just on as discussion?) email has been sent to Chad. Discussion

Only other item from last meeting in discussion was to amend MMC 1.02.220 to remove language regarding 1 year minimum (do you want this ready for 27th) YES – If we are ready do this on the 27th.

For the rest of you if you have anything for the agenda I will need that no later than Thursday afternoon because I will have to have Council packets and agenda out since I will be gone all day Friday.

Thanks,

Kelly Richardson, CMC
