Dan,

Here is a copy of the current fee schedule including all departments as far as I can tell this was a cheat sheet or quick reference guide in the beginning and then later became the fee schedule as a whole. Recently Gerald removed his fees from this schedule and adjusted them accordingly. How do we want to do them moving forward? Before I go through updating this document I would like your feedback on this. So far I have only changed business license fee which is in blue.

I had thought I would give each department a copy of their fee schedule and ask them to update accordingly however PW removed all of there’s and Court their set by court order from the judge (which him and I disagree that I believe the court order should be adopted by Council before applying the fee other than presumptive fines set by the state). Library fees are set by Council however unless the district standard increases Molalla has tried to remain unchanged as well.

The police department isn’t proposing any changes in their fees except to remove fingerprinting and update cassette disk and include USB.

The Council asked to have all the fees together and only adjusted once per year if necessary which is why I didn’t understand RES 2018-20 PW removing there fees. I just want to know how to do this moving forward.

Thanks,

Kelly Richardson, CMC
