Attached is the ordinance for the TSP. It matches the language in the prior TSP adoption and declares and emergency so that it can be adopted that evening. Public Notice was published in the paper on the 12^th and Christie has an affidavit. We need a copy of the signed ordinance sent to DLCD within 5 days and Aldo can help get that out to them. Thanks.
