I apologize that the information was not a part of Resolution 2018-03 I had misunderstood the intent on this resolution and thought it a housekeeping item and therefore had left out the information you needed to make a decision. If you look at it now I think you will see the changes. I have also made the suggested edits of Councilor Childress to the Street Utility Fee Ordinance and another Resolution.
