I wanted to let you all know that on Monday September 24th at 9 am we have an opportunity to meet in person with Chavez Consulting to give us an overview of our new records management software that will be coming soon. I think it is important for as many department heads as possible to attend incase you have questions. This will take us to the next level and keep us incompliance. This is completely different from the new meeting management software that I am currently using.
This solution will allow us to keep electronic records as a legal copy with no need for the paper document if we so choose. It should only be from 9-10 am depending on questions.
