Dan,

Please review the attached records request. I don't know if it has
something to do with other items happening at the city or not. We would
need to respond to the requestor no later than Tuesday July 31, 2018 with
a cost estimate and if we have those records or not. Upon payment we then
have 10 days to fill the request.

The cost estimate would need to include Molalla Communications as well as
employees time.
