Kelly, I sent a the Notices of Intent to award out for the Biosolids Project. Each responder got a letter, and River City got the “you won” letter. Next step is to get Council Approval for Dan to negotiate a 5 year contract in an amount of $2,729,877.00 with the winning bidder. I also attached the Affidavit of Advertisement, bids were publicly opened and read on May 24th at 2:00pm. All these records are kept in the Engineering file for the project.
