Andy,
We did not damage anything on her property and bent over backwards to make the project work with her property. Throughout the process she said we damaged stuff on her property that was nowhere near the work.
Give her our insurance agent contact information and she can file a claim if she so choses. I’m done with her fishing for free stuff from the City.

Gerald I’m fielding calls again from Polly at this business again. She is continuing to insist that the down town project damager her land scaping. This time she’s admitting that the flag pole sinking wasn’t due to the project, they found a “tree they didn’t know was there”. But she says there is more damage she’s noticed now which she didn’t notice before. I’ve told her the City doesn’t agree that the damage was due to any project. She insists that I pass the message along to you. I’m sorry!
