Is providing a DVD part of his contract? We probably need to pull a copy of that and review. We want to make sure that this change is addressed in an amendment to his contract and it is an advantage to the City to go this route.

All,
Russ Mabry, the videographer at Council meetings, will no longer provide a DVD of meetings. Instead, he will send me a link to download the video the day after the meeting. I’ve saved the Sept. 27th video at this location:

Heather, please let me know how that works with processing the minutes.
