Staff,

Here is a new form, I made another change it is for destruction of records but also for archival, which means records that are boxed and stored in the records room. Staff will need to obtain a number for their box from me and I will catalog everything that is in the box so we know exactly what is in each box. It makes it easier when we need to locate a document.

At the end of each year we need to look at our records and destroy or archive what we can so there not taking over our offices.
