When will that Nov. 22 request be addressed? It is now over ten working days and you have not provided an answer as to whether or not you have records responsive to that simple request for aeration basin dredging records in the last two years:
"Aeration basin dredging records 2015- present (any records of aeration basin dredging dredging from 2015_- present)."
I will also point out that Bear Creek Recovery is happy to simply come to City Hall and read any requested records to save work for the City. We also request that if the City fails to honor a request for fee waivers that a detailed accounting for all charges be provided and that a reason for a fee waiver denial reason be provided.

The amended PRR (attached) was filed on Nov. 22. When may we expect a reply to this request, since 10 working days is the State of Oregon's suggested proper response time? Do you have records responsive to this request? This PRR was highly amended to make it easy for City of Molalla staff to produce the requested records - Bear Creek Recovery is happy to come to City Hall to review records if that makes it easier for staff.
