Hi,

Now that I’ve heard the message, I’m guessing he’s been asked to talk to CC about the Planning Department proposed fees. Since the City Council Work Session doesn’t allow comment, he’s using his opportunity to speak in the regular session. That’s fine.

The only other thing I can recall is that DZ and I are working with Prosecutor Amy on an enforcement case for B&I Construction. One of Ramis’ attorneys is working through that case, which is set to go to trial in May (likely delayed now). Though we have heard the attorney is interested in settling before the trial. The only other issue where Ramis is involved is with I & E Construction.
