Hi Christie,
I have no records in my time for 1420 and 1409 or records from the past that any SDC’s were paid. SDC’s went into effect in 1991 and the code was updated in 1999. Based on aerial imaging there was a structure on 1420 back in 2000 but was gone by 2005. No structure was on 1409. Our TSP was done in 2017 and there were no structures on 1420 after 2005 or on 1409 for the past 20 years. That means that the trip counts for those lots did not exist and were not part of the TSP and it resets them as vacant lots. They would have to pay transportation SDC’s for each lot because there is no waiver for used to have a structure on it years ago.
