I just assumed that as-builts of public infrastructure would be retained in Public Works… We’ll run them down when Zinder gets back since that does not seem to be the case and I don’t know where they’re kept yet.

I contacted both of you individually about this PRR and Mac sent me to Gerald and Gerald sent me back to Planning. LOL!
Here’s where I’m at: Zinder is out til Monday, and I’m out all next week. I’d like to get this PRR taken care of before I’m out of the office. If either of you could provide any way for me to search for this on my own, I am happy to do so. I just need a “START HERE”.
If it has to wait, I’ll contact the requestor and let them know.

Christie / Dan,
I have been talking with Mac Corthell regarding our proposed senior housing project. He indicated that I needed to contact you to acquire information necessary to complete our initial due diligence.
We are excited about this project and innovative zero-lot-line concept. There are a few issues that we need to identify up front – particularly with respect to how we accommodate storm drainage and sanitary sewer so these as-builts are an important part of the puzzle.
