Thank you for you patience while we processed this request.
Based on our information, all lots have been accounted for with the exception of 1420 and 1409 Boardwalk. Based on the prior SDC estimate (see attached) it is assumed that water and sewer SDC were paid for both 1420 and 1409 prior to 2000. Since SDC’s for water and sewer were paid, if an application comes in for these two lots then Public Works will waive the water SDC and the sewer SDC on each.
The new applicant will still be responsible for Transportation, Stormwater, and Parks SDC’s. The City has made a note in the Toliver Estates project folder.
