Next Thursday at 9:30am, Chaves Consulting will present the HPRM (HP Records Management) System to the City of Molalla via Webinar. It will be an hour long presentation.
City Hall Bosses, I would very much like for Darlene, Julie, Maeghan, and Ronda to attend if at all possible. Library Boss, you may send whomever you like.
This is an informational presentation only. Once we adopt their program, it will be beneficial for more employees to learn the system. I’ve chosen whom I believe are the most ‘hands-on’ employees in regard to Records Management, including Moi. Please let me know in a separate email if this will not work for you.
The Staff Meeting being held that day will be addressed in a follow-up email.
