We received the updated Personnel Handbook from CIS late last week. Darlene and I have started working on it, Chaunee and Dan to follow with their additions.

SB0479 contains the language of the new law on sexual harassment for public employers. It includes elected public officials, volunteers, and interns as well as employees as those who must be included in the organization's policy (Section 2, (2)(C)(d) ).
