Hi there,

I’m looking ahead at our November 13^th Council Meeting and I have placeholders for each of you for possible Ordinance Revisions.

Gerald: Building Code

Alice: Code Change

If these are to go to Council in Ordinance form, I will need all documents turned into me by Tuesday, Nov. 5^th, noon at the latest. (Ordinances require 7 days posting before adoption by Council. I’ll have to post no later than Wed-morning, Nov. 6.)

Also, please make sure that your Assistants forward copies of Press Releases, Public Notices, ads in the paper, et. al to me for filing.
