The Conference Room is a pretty popular hangout. Here are a few reminders that will help it stay in a presentable state for our guests:

• * Push the chairs in when the meeting is over
• * If you rearrange the tables, please put them back the way you originally found it
• * Clean up after yourself (loose papers, snacks, wipe down tables if needed)
• * Check the calendar for available use. If you plan to use it, please schedule the time by using the Meeting Calendar (meeting@cityofmolalla.com).
• * TURN OFF THE LIGHTS when not in use
