Record requests for Certificate of Occupancy and Permits after 2012 have to be done by a Public Records Request. There is a request form at the bottom of our Public Records Request information page on the City website: https://www.cityofmolalla.com/cityrecorder/page/public-records-request
Once you complete the request, you can drop it by City Hall or email it to our City Recorder Christie DeSantis at: recorder@cityofmolalla.com
