Subject: County Debris Monitoring Contractor RFP being posted
Hello City Emergency Managers and Debris Management Points of Contact –
Clackamas County has posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Debris Monitoring and Management contractor. We will enter into a contract with the selected vendor and they will be used in the event we have a debris generating event requiring their services. They will also be participating in at least one exercise with us to establish a baseline for our work together. We want you all to know about this because the RFP does mention cities, specifically that cities would be included in our debris management efforts if asked to do so by your agencies.
