Sorry for the delay on this - I reviewed the agreement and it generally looks fine. Although (as with any lawyer, I'm sure) there is some wordsmithing I would recommend, I don't think it's necessary to do so here given that there aren't really any monetary obligations under this agreement and we can opt out with minimal notice if we decide not to use the HP Trim software. Feel free to call if you have any questions, but if not, move ahead.
