Subject: Tolstead Property

All,

We (Dan & I) are in search of a document and I need to enlist your help.

It is my understanding that Bentley’s submitted a Citizen Concern Form regarding the sad shape of the Tolstead property, before the fire. The date of the fire was February 7, 2019. Kelly had some communication with Mrs. Tolstead regarding their Business License in January. I know that Bentley’s was complaining about them before then, but I cannot locate an actual document.

Any help you give please give by looking in your work space or on your work computer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much,

Christie
